The Town Of Waldheim requests that all residents on Town water read their own water meters. Please submit your reading as close to the month end as possible. Readings will be accepted until 5:00pm on the last day of the month.
If, for any reason, you are unable to obtain a reading or cannot return the reading in time, please notify the Town Office without delay so other arrangements may be made to obtain a reading. As well, please remember that, pursuant to Bylaw #2-2005, you may be charged $5.00 if a municipal employee is required to read your meter.
The water meter will be located near to where your main water line enters your building. You may notice that the last number is constant and will always be zero (0). Some meters may have 2 zeros. Please record all numbers, including zeros, in the reading.
If you wish to receive a reminder of when to read your meter reading, please sign up below.

Over the next few weeks, you may see this friendly face at your door. Meet Micah Reynolds, the Town Of Waldheim’s new Meter Reader. The Town has hired Micah Reynolds to read the water meters for this billing period.
Regular accurate meter readings allows you to monitor your actual water consumption between meter reads. This can help identify any plumbing leaks in toilets or fixtures sooner – – saving you money.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation in helping Micah complete this important task!
