The Town of Waldheim is having Maintenance Personnel Brendan Schultz read the meters for this billing period. He will NOT be entering your home to obtain a reading, but will ask you to use the camera phone provided to take a picture of your meter. This will help ensure we keep our staff and community members safe. Mr. Schultz will be collecting meter readings over the next two weeks. We trust he will receive your full co-operation. If you are not on Town water, please disregard this notice.

New Water – Hardness Levels
We’ve had many inquiries about water softeners and whether they are still needed with our new water. We have received the test results and our water hardness is currently 122 mg/L (our old water was 671 mg/L). Whether you continue to use a water softener is up to you, we are providing this information so your can adjust your water softener to account for the changes in water hardness.
