Interested parties are required to submit a completed Purchaser Application Form, which indicates the desired lot and offer price. The Town of Waldheim will review the offer and contact the interested party to confirm acceptance or for further negotiation. Once the Town of Waldheim has entered into negotiations with an interested party, offer acceptance will be subject to compliance with the terms and conditions. The Town of Waldheim reserves the right to amend or abandon any property listing without accepting any offers.

Sale Process
- Review – Interested parties should review the zoning and developmental bylaws and familiarize themselves with the relevant terms and conditions.
- Submission – Interested parties must complete the Purchaser Application Form and submit to the Town of Waldheim.
- Offers should be submitted by email to: admin@waldheim.ca
- Negotiation/Offer Acceptance – The Town of Waldheim will review the application and contact interested parties to confirm acceptance or for further negotiation.
- GST – Individuals will need to provide an additional 5% for GST.
- Payment – Full payment of the lot is due prior to possession.
Special Terms and Conditions
- The property is sold “as is” and the purchaser shall assume all responsibility and liability including any environmental matters existing as of the closing date.
- Development on the lot will be reviewed for consistency with the Town of Waldheim’s zoning and development controls.
- Development must begin with 12 months from date of purchase.
- Upon entrance into the Agreement for Sale, the lot purchase will be considered final sale. Return of the lot will not be permitted.
- The purchaser further agrees to grant the Town of Waldheim, Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Saskatchewan Power Corporation, SaskEnergy Incorporated, and any utility agency any easements, which may be required by any or all of the said agencies at no cost.
